To provide friends and family amazing food focused on locally sourced, sustainable and whole ingredients. Designed & constructed by Chef Theyen Hoang and Michael Collins, Wholesome Kitchen and Wholesome Pies offer a healthy and relaxed dining experience closer to home.
Chef Theyen “TN” Hoang
Having spent time in Brooklyn’s famed Roberta’s and trained under world pizza champion Tony Gemignani, TN is no stranger to a fiery oven. Her culinary experience however has spanned many types of fare in both fine dining and casual.
With a host of successful restaurants under his belt, Michael is no stranger to big ideas and hard work. Wholesome Restaurant Group is the culmination of all his combined experience as a restaurateur. He mixes his love of design and obsession for exotic foods to create a space for people to come together and make memories.
